Rev. Susan Ledbetter | Senior Pastor
Senior Pastor, Susan Ledbetter came to Asbury from Bryant First United Methodist Church. She is a lifelong United Methodist and has been in ministry for 19 years serving in many roles, including District Superintendent. She has a background in organizational communication and enjoys connecting with people. Susan is very excited about what the future holds for Asbury. Her husband Justin is also a United Methodist Pastor at Maumelle First United Methodist Church, and they have a 15 year old daughter, Sadie.
Rev. Heather Rose | Associate Pastor
Associate Pastor, Heather Rose has come to Asbury from Henderson UMC. She loves the creative side to worship, connecting with people, mission and community involvement. Heather has a 19 year old daughter Aubrey and an 18 year old son Arlis. She is currently in seminary and is excited to continue her ministry at Asbury.
Rev. Tom Weir | Pastor Emeritus
Ordained in 1966, Rev. Tom Weir served for 44 years as an elder in the United Methodist Church. He was first assigned to Asbury in 1993. After retiring in 2005, he returned to Asbury and was officially bestowed the honor of Pastor Emeritus in 2008. He is married to his lovely wife Marion and has two adult children, Priscilla and Melissa, as well as two grandchildren, Thomas and Elizabeth. He loves the people of Asbury and it is because of them he has been glad to serve here for almost 20 years.
