“Sing for joy in the Lord, O you righteous ones; praise is becoming to the upright. Give thanks to the Lord with the lyre; sing praises to Him with a harp of ten strings. Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully with a shout of joy.” Psalm 33:1-3
“The aim and final reason for all music should be nothing else but the glory of God and the refreshment of the spirit.”
– J.S. Bach
Our goal is to first and foremost bring honor and glory to our Lord, Jesus Christ through songs of worship. We would love to bring the message of God’s love, words of encouragement, exhortation, hope, faith and love to all whom we serve, who enter our doors.
We maintain a long tradition of musical excellence in every facet of our church’s music ministry. Through the various opportunities of service in the music department, Asbury continually facilitates Christian devotion through music.
It is our prayer and hope that what we proclaim through music here at Asbury will serve as a channel of blessing to all who search for God and His truth, and as a healing balm to a hurting world.

JAM Kids will on occasion share what they have learned in song and praise and will be a part of our worship services! Learning the Bible through music is one of the most important gifts we can give our children– songs that will be written on their hearts for a lifetime! The children’s music ministry group, the JAM Choir meets on Sunday mornings in the chapel at 10:30 a.m.!
